SENIOR FINANCING

PREFERRED EQUITY

Providing senior financing where such capital structures advantage the borrower due to more flexible solutions and improved turnaround times than traditional senior lenders.

Where the capital requirement is unsecured, Eildon can participate as a preferred equity partner. Capital receives a priority return based on an annualised return and a share of excess proceeds.

MEZZANINE FINANCING

Provision of gap funding where there is a shortfall between what a senior financier will provide, the amount of equity the developer / investor can contribute and the total costs associated with the investment.

BRIDGING FINANCE

Short term funding packages can be devised to assist timing issues on capital flows for appropriate property participants.

EQUITY

Where the appropriate partner is identified and they are matched with the right opportunity, Eildon can participate in equity in a project. Above and beyond the capital being provided, Eildon will participate in the investment with direct involvement in the investment.
