Tiffany is a corporate lawyer with ten years’ experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance. She has worked with directors and senior management of ASX-listed companies, funds and large private companies on all aspects of corporate transactions, including conducting and managing the due diligence process, negotiating transaction documents and deal execution. She also has extensive experience in corporate governance, company secretarial and regulatory compliance (including anti-corruption, sanctions and anti-money laundering).
